100 torso twists
100 bend and reach
100 push ups
250 sit ups
5x5 minute rounds of shadowboxing
4x5minute rounds on the heavy bags
1x5minute round on the tear drop back
2x5 minute round on the double end bag
3x5 minute round on the speed bag
15 minutes jump rope
100 jumping jacks
100 torso twists
100 bend and reach
100 push ups
250 sit ups
Sparring will be done before the heavy bag work. On some days I also add pad work.

This is my monday-friday mornings during the summer...then its BJJ and fighting in the evening.
