Hi there! I just started BJJ this week and have discovered massive cuts and blisters on the top of my toes. Does anyone know whether theres a trick to avoiding these? A a gues I thing they come from having my toes uckedunder when I'm on my knees. Is this correct? Is there a way of doing hings that avoids these or is it just a matter of waiting for the callusses to come?

toughen up

just gotta wait till they toughen up... you can use a foot wrap..but it's just silly after a few months thy skin will toughen problem gone.
